Cancellation & Refund Policy

We only accept cancellation of orders placed if the shipment process has not been initiated.

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately via email with photographs of the product as you received it. We also encourage you to retain the original packaging and tags. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can get on the case immediately.

You can choose to receive the refund in the form of store credit, which will be valid for 3 months.

Refunds for all payment methods (including PayTM) will be processed within 14 working days.
